Dr. Sun grew up in Boston and graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry with honors in 2009. She has been practicing in Northern Virginia ever since. Over the last 16 years, Dr. Sun has provided high levels of primary and medical eye care to the community.  She really enjoys getting to know her patients and developing a long lasting relationship with the whole family.

Continuity of care is very important to Dr. Sun. She believes that preventative care is just as important as managing existing conditions. This is done through state of art technology and highest level of knowledge available in eyecare. In order to achieve these goals, Dr. Sun has decided to partner up with EyeRx founder Dr. Ben Teller to open up her own practice.

The new practice will be located in the Stone Ridge medical center, serving surrounding areas of Aldie, South Riding, Aldie, Brambleton, Ashburn and others. We will focus on medical eyecare with emphasis on early detection of eye diseases, management of systemic health conditions, treatment of ocular diseases and infections. The optical will combine quality and style so the patient can get a seamless, comprehensive experience from exam to eyewear. Dr. Sun is committed to ensure not just clear vision, but also the overall health and function of the eyes.
